Terms of Service

Welcome to SeizeLead (“SeizeLead”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SeizeLead website, dashboard, widget, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@seizelead.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Your obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and keep it updated.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including privacy, anti-spam (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, DPDP Act, CASL), and consumer-protection laws.
- Do not use SeizeLead to display content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, or designed to deceive visitors (e.g. fake countdowns, false scarcity claims).
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or scrape the Service.
- Do not upload malware, spam, or content intended to harm third parties.
- You are solely responsible for the popups you publish and the data you collect through them, including obtaining appropriate consent from end-users.
3. Plans, billing & taxes
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; new pricing applies to your next renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first paid subscription period only. To request a refund, email support@seizelead.com within 7 days of the initial charge. Refunds do not apply to renewal charges after the first billing cycle or to accounts suspended for Terms violations.
5. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier or becomes read-only, depending on your plan. We may delete inactive free-tier accounts after 12 months of inactivity.
6. Termination & suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or put the Service or other users at risk. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to cure the violation. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, templates, designs, and documentation, is owned by SeizeLead and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may cause downtime. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeizeLead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Dispute resolution & governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Before filing a claim, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@seizelead.com.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
